    I believe that all children are individuals and they have the right to a fun and fair education. I have been in the field of early education for 11 years. I have an associate’s degree in Teachers Education. I have the Administrator Credential, Program Development Credential and I am current enrolled in the After School and Youth Development Credential. I enjoy my work here at TenderCare and I look forward to working with and meeting new families.

    I have been an employee of TenderCare for 17 years. I have always wanted to be a part of a child’s vital early learning experiences. Working with children is very rewarding. I love the fact that all children are different and each child  has their own learning style and personality. It has been a pleasure working with so many families over the years. I plan to further my education and I will continue to be an important part in the lives of children and families.

    I have been working in the childhood profession for 27 years. I have been a member of the Tender Care team since 2010. I choose to go in the Early Childhood education for many reasons. I enjoy working with children and building positive relationships with families. I like to watch a child grow and develop. I know that brain development is important in the early years. It pleases me to see a child flourish and become independent. I will always enjoy working with children and gaining more knowledge about the early childhood field.

    I have been in the field of early Education since 2008. I have always had a passion for children. Working at TenderCare for the last 8 years has given me the chance to work with many children and families. I enjoy watching the transitions from infant to toddler to preschool. This has been a rewarding journey. My goals are to further my education in the field of Early Childhood. I would also like to take courses to enhance my knowledge on working with children with special needs.

    I have been with TenderCare for 16 years. I have been in the Early Child Care profession for 23 years. Working in the field of Early Care I have gotten a chance to meet many diverse families. I enjoy watching the children grow from infants in to adolescence. I have always loved children. My passion for children is what has kept me in this field for so long. I look forward to continuing my education and meeting new children and families. My passion is to work with children with differing abilities. I feel that I can be a positive influence in so many lives. Completing my Inclusion Credential will assist me in my journey.
