What We Look For

– A heart for children and their development

– Candidates with an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or individuals actively completing registered coursework in ECE.

– A high school diploma (minimum)

– Availability Monday through Friday, with shifts as late as 6 PM

– Experience in licensed childcare settings or related internships/volunteering

Intern candidates must be able to pass a background check and commit to hands-on learning, reflection, and evaluation in the classroom.

Teacher (Full-Time)

We are hiring a dedicated full-time Teacher to join our caring team.

Requirements:

High school diploma Registry Certified coursework:
• Introduction to the Childcare Profession (EC1)
• Skills and Strategies for the Childcare Teacher (EC2)
• Infant & Toddler Fundamentals

At least 1 year of experience i
n a licensed childcare center (internship/volunteer experience acceptable)

Responsibilities Include:
– Active supervision and health/safety of children
– Collaborating with a co-teacher to create engaging learning experiences
– Accurate attendance tracking and documentation
– Maintaining required state trainings including CPR, First Aid, and mandated reporting

Support / Floater Teachers (Part-Time or Full-Time)

Schedule:
– Weekly rotating schedule
– Open availability Monday–Friday, with shifts as late as 6 PM

Requirements:
– High school diploma
– Registry Certified coursework (EC1, EC2)
– Willingness to adapt and support a variety of age groups

Responsibilities Include:
– Providing support in classrooms as needed to maintain ratios 
– Redirecting and guiding children using developmentally appropriate practices
– Supporting learning activities and maintaining a safe, nurturing environment
